Mobile companies like Videocon are focusing on a budget smartphone segment. Videocon has just launched its A30 flagship model in this segment. Other companies like Micromax and Karbonn are already targeting this segment with models like Karbonn A21 and Micromax A87. Official price of Videocon A30 in India is mentioned at the bottom of this post. This phone is a smartphone which runs Android Ice Cream sandwich OS. This Dual SIM phone is powered by a dual core 1 GHz Scorpian CPU which runs this phone very smoothly. The 4 inch display seems to be big but it have mediocre resolution but this is the compromised all models need to make to maintain a price point in the budget smartphone category.
Videocon A30 Features:
Processor: Yes it is Dual Core yet a budget phone but Videocon mange it to powered this phone by a dual core scorpion 1 GHz processor. Processor also include a dedicated graphics processor which is integrated with the CPU. This processor runs Ice cream sandwich very smoothly on this phone.
Display: It is a 4 inch WVGA display with aspect raio of 5:3. The resolution produced by display is 800 x 480 Pixels.
Camera: This phone have two camera 5 MP primary camera and 0.3 MP secondary camera. The camera doesn’t include too many fancy features but only autofocus capabilities. But you can download apps from the market to have fun with your camera.
