Taiwanese giant HTC has announced the launch of an entry-level Android today.
It has been introduced as the HTC Desire U in its homeland and is expected to be arrive at emerging markets like Taiwan, China and other Asian regions very soon.
The HTC Desire U comes with a 4-inch Capacitive display with a resolution of 800 x 480 px and it has an engine of a single-core 1 GHz processor and with 512 MB RAM.
The internal storage of the phone is at 4 GB which can be easily expandible by using a microSD card. The Desire U comes with a 5 MP Auto Focus camera on the back with LED Flash but turndown point is that no front facing camera. (Sad part)
supports 3G, WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 and it
Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich .
The smartphone arrives with beatsaudio enhancement which will make the music listening much better, and it will be powered by a 1650 mAh battery. The Desire U is expected to be priced at $275 and going by the entry-level specs,
launched in the next few months.
